Low Carb Breakfast Omelette


Breakfast Omelette

Ingredients:
1x egg
2x egg whites
20g thinly chopped red onion 
(Can be substituted with spring onion)
1/6th of an avocado
20g of light tasty cheese
20g of baby spinach leaves
2x button mushrooms thinly sliced
30g of light ham i.e. Don Leg ham
(Can be substituted with short cut bacon)


Add all ingredients into a bowl and combine.
Use a small amount of canola non stick cooking spray to coat frypan.
Add everything into the frypan, and flip after 3 minutes.
Cook the other side for another 3 minutes and then serve.

How easy was that? If you want to make it even easier, throw everything into a bowl the night before so its ready to cook in the morning.
